Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer III to ensure secure, highly available computing platforms, servers and networks.

You will install, maintain, upgrade and continuously improve the operating environment, monitor performance, respond to incidents and plan for growth. This role requires 8+ years of network administration and security experience with Cisco, Palo Alto and Citrix, plus strong customer-service and vendor-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree in Information Technology or Business, or equivalent professional experience and relevant training.
• Experience: 8+ years in network administration and security; familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, Citrix or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, monitors and supports network security, VPN, wireless, load balancing, routing and switching infrastructure.
• Monitors alerts, performs routine maintenance and backups; tests and implements remediation.
• Participates in vendor meetings to determine solutions and support plans; ensures service level agreements are met.
• Documents new or modified functions, modules, networks or systems.
• Provides production support for escalated items and capacity planning.
