Job summary
ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks an experienced network systems engineer to provide guidance, diagnose complex network issues, and manage system configurations in a healthcare IT environment. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in systems/network engineering, a related bachelor’s degree, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain an IT-II public trust
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of systems/network engineering experience.
- Experience with healthcare systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance.
- Experience in network engineering, configuration management, problem management, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Directs and monitors information systems operations.
- Perform network troubleshooting and capacity planning.
- Interface with vendor support for outages and degraded performance.
- Design system configurations including hardware, OS, and platform specs.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, and Linux/Windows networking commands.
- Coordinate with multiple technical teams to meet program plans.
