Job summary

You will analyze performance, troubleshoot, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring security clearances such as ADP IT-II. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of systems/network engineering experience.
• Experience with healthcare systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance based on the minimum of a Tier 3 investigation.
• Experience in network engineering, configuration management, problem management, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Guides information systems operations and technical direction.
• Compiles records and reports on network operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoots network performance issues.
• Analyzes traffic and plans capacity.
• Monitors complex control facility hardware/software.
• Escalates outages with vendor support groups.
• Designs system-level hardware/OS configurations.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and basic Linux/Windows networking.
