Job summary

Zebra Technologies in Johnston, RI seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and secure our global IT infrastructure. You will work with IT architects to implement enterprise network and security solutions and drive standardization across environments.

You will evaluate technologies via PoCs, support M&A network integration, and reinforce disaster recovery and security posture. Strong knowledge of BGP/OSPF, Zscaler, Cisco Nexus, Meraki, and Palo Alto is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/CS/Engineering.
• 5+ years in enterprise network engineering, security, and infra deployment.
• Experience managing large-scale, global IT environments.
• Preferred: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE/PCNSA, and Zscaler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and secure enterprise network and security solutions.
• Lead PoC testing for emerging technologies and optimize costs.
• Configure LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and routing per enterprise standards.
• Support M&A network integration and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor engineers and produce high-level/low-level designs and SOPs.
