Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions seeks an experienced Network Engineer V to manage onsite Extreme Networks solutions at DLIFLC, Monterey, CA. The role requires delivering planning, implementation, and documentation for network upgrades and expansions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with Extreme Networks and related tech, plus strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in network infrastructure; alternative: 7+ years with AA/AS or 9+ years experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and security.
• Extreme Networks product experience and related certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite Extreme Networks engineering projects and document solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with other departments for integrated network solutions.
• Provide training on Extreme Network changes and best practices.
