Job summary

Breezeline is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, operate, and secure complex wired, wireless, and Internet-facing networks across multiple data centers and locations. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise routing, firewalling, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, and large-scale wireless networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of network administration/engineering in enterprise or service-provider environments.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate and Juniper firewalls, Cisco switching, Cisco/Ruckus wireless, and F5 load balancers.
• Experience with enterprise routing, switching, and security infrastructures in complex production environments.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and highly available wired and wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network architectures (LAN/WAN, data center, Internet-edge).
• Configure and troubleshoot FortiGate/Juniper SRX firewalls, including NAT and VPNs.
• Configure Cisco Layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, Spanning Tree, EtherChannel, inter-VLAN routing.
• Deploy and support Cisco and Ruckus wireless networks (controller-based and cloud-managed WLAN).
• Deploy, operate, and optimize F5 Load Balancers (LTM; DNS/GTM experience a plus).
• Design and troubleshoot dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF).
• Implement IPsec/SSL VPN solutions for site-to-site and remote access.
• Operate DNS services in an Anycast environment and document topology.
• Collaborate with security, systems, cloud, and application teams; participate in migrations and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams and operational standards; participate in on-call rotations.
