Excelligence Learning Corporation is seeking a skilled IT Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our multi-site network infrastructure across several company locations. The role focuses on security, reliability, and performance, with hands-on work on Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco routing/switching, and Meraki wireless.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-site networks, strong vendor management, and a customer-first mindset to support sites and users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering in multi-site environments.
• Experience administering Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama preferred.
• Cisco routing/switching in a distributed enterprise environment.
• Cisco Meraki wireless deployment and management experience.
• Ownership of WAN circuit procurement and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of network security, segmentation, VPN, and PCI DSS.
• DNS administration and Active Directory integration across sites.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation discipline.
• Preferred certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or Palo Alto PCNSE.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure across multiple sites (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/Wi‑Fi).
• Administer Palo Alto firewalls, policy design, and firmware lifecycle management.
• Configure Cisco routers/switches, routing protocols, VLANs, QoS, and security.
• Manage Cisco Meraki wireless deployments, RF planning, and policy enforcement.
• Own WAN circuit procurement, SLAs, and vendor escalation across sites.
• Maintain high network uptime and proactive health monitoring.
• Develop and enforce network security controls and zero-trust concepts.
• Support PCI DSS networking compliance and audit activities.
• Manage DNS and Active Directory integration across locations.
• Produce runbooks, topology diagrams, IPAM data, and change records.
