Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Network Operations team. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise network services to enable business growth and exceptional customer experiences.

You will provision services, manage lifecycle initiatives, document operations, and support global network expansion. Strong Meraki, cloud connectivity, and scripting capabilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Network Operations experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise with Cisco Meraki platform (switching, wireless, SD-WAN, security, cloud-managed operations).
• Strong understanding of network architecture, routing, VPNs, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience connecting enterprise networks to Azure/AWS cloud environments.
• Lifecycle management, maintenance windows, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong documentation, change management, and incident response experience.
• Experience with automation/scripting (Python, PowerShell, APIs).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues across LAN/WAN/wireless/cloud/security.

Responsibilities

• Provision and support network services balancing capacity, performance, and reliability.
• Drive lifecycle management to keep infrastructure current and vendor-supported.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation for monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting.
• Support network expansion projects domestically and internationally.
• Assist with network design, implementation, and optimization across routing, switching, and wireless.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology deployments.
• Support incident response, post-incident root-cause analysis, and change management.
