As a Network Engineer in Customer Services Edge, you will contribute to designing and maintaining high‑efficiency networks, mentor junior teammates, and work across multiple sites to ensure optimal operation and capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting with network equipment providers.
• Experience planning and designing networks across multiple sites and products.
• Experience developing networking products, technologies, software and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and develop designs for new networking product ideas and performance improvements.
• Own data-driven analysis and capacity forecast models for scalable networks.
• Evaluate inefficiencies in network systems and propose designs to improve them.
• Lead resolution for software/hardware network problems in partnership with other teams.
• Oversee the full life-cycle of a network from inception to optimization.
