SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC. is seeking a Sr. Network Administrator to support the Base Infrastructure Modernization contract at McGhee Tyson ANG, Tennessee.

The role involves Tier 2 network administration for NIPR/SIPR base networks and collaboration with ANG personnel to sustain critical missions. Responsibilities include monitoring, configuring, and patching network devices, managing changes per established processes, and coordinating with higher-tier engineers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 8 years of experience in network administration or related field.
• DoD Secret clearance required.
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification preferred.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 network administration support augmenting ANG personnel.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and manage network configurations per vendor guidance.
• Configure switches, routers, and wireless controllers per design.
• Maintain device configurations and implement approved changes per TO 00-33A-1100.
• Document changes in ServiceNow and coordinate with Tier 3/4 experts.
