Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to support our Base Infrastructure Modernization contract. The role augments Air National Guard personnel in operating legacy NIPR and SIPR networks, with responsibilities including configuration, monitoring, and patch management.

Qualifications include 8+ years in DoD network environments, a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, CCNP or equivalent, and a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Network Administration experience in DoD environments.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, network engineering or related field.
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 network administration support for base infrastructure.
• Configure network devices including switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
• Monitor network performance and security patching per vendor guidance.
• Document network changes in ServiceNow and adhere to change management processes.
• Coordinate with SME colleagues for complex troubleshooting.
