SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is recruiting a Senior Network Administrator to support the Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) contract at the Chattanooga ANG, Tennessee. The role provides Tier 2-4 network administration, monitoring, patching, and change management for legacy NIPR/SIPR networks.

Required qualifications include BA/BS, 8 years' experience, CCNP or equivalent, Security+ CE, and DoD Secret clearance.

BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
8 years of network administration experience.
CCNP or equivalent certification required.
CompTIA Security+ CE required.
DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2-4 network administration support for BIM contract at Chattanooga ANG.
Monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and configure network devices per vendor guidance.
Configure switches, routers, and wireless controllers per engineering design.
Maintain device configurations and implement approved changes per TO 00-33A-1100.
Monitor performance with SolarWinds, Splunk, and other tools.
Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, VLANs, and switching infrastructure.
Perform security patching and vulnerability remediation on devices.
Respond to TCNOs, IAVAs, and USCYBERCOM/AFCYBER TASKORDs as needed.
Participate in local configuration control board meetings and collaborate with Tier 3/4 experts.
Document changes in ServiceNow and manage admin access with squad personnel.
