Job summary
Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise networks across offices, campuses, and data centers. This hands-on role requires expertise from architecture to deployment and ongoing optimization.
You will lead network deployments, configure Cisco equipment, manage SD-WAN, WLAN, and interconnects with providers such as Equinix. Travel to offices and data centers is required.
Qualifications
- Senior Network Engineer or Network Architect with enterprise experience.
- Strong Cisco networking equipment knowledge.
- Proficient in dynamic routing: BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Hands-on SD‑WAN, wireless networks, and data center connectivity.
- Experience with Equinix and Equinix Fabric connections.
- Ability to document topology and architecture diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Lead deployments for new offices and campus locations.
- Develop topology designs, IP addressing, routing, and wireless designs.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and SD‑WAN.
- Collaborate with data center providers and Equinix for connectivity.
- Create network diagrams and operational documentation.
- Troubleshoot Layer 1–Layer 3 issues and provide after-hours support if needed.
