Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of network administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and network administration experience.
• CCNA certification; active pursuit of CCNP preferred
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or equivalent enterprise firewall platforms.
• Familiarity with zero trust principles, network segmentation design, and IDS/IPS tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, install, test, and maintain Cisco networking equipment across data center, remote site, and cloud environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP) for internal and external connectivity.
• Deploy and maintain wireless networks with site surveys and RF tuning.
• Configure monitoring tools and perform proactive health checks and trend analysis.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procurement lists.
• Develop and maintain network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar.
• Provide technical support and training to other teams as needed.
• Collaborate with security teams on vulnerabilities and security controls.
