Job summary

Wipro Limited in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Network Engineer to support enterprise networks across service assurance and delivery, maintain stability, perform troubleshooting, and execute IOS upgrades.

You will lead network deployments, refresh equipment, configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers, and contribute to design reviews. On-call rotations and after-hours maintenance may be required. This role emphasizes collaboration with vendors and documented runbooks.

Qualifications

• CCNP certification preferred; equivalent enterprise networking experience may be considered.
• Experience in large enterprise or managed network environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network incidents across LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, and Data Center environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions; resolve P1/P2 incidents within SLA.
• Execute network implementation projects, including deployments, upgrades, and migrations; configure routers/switches/firewalls/Wi‑Fi controllers.
