• Deploy new office locations and network infrastructure projects, installing and configuring hardware, racking and stacking equipment.
• Patch copper and fiber cabling.
• Validate ISP connectivity and implement standardized network designs.
• Work with Security, Infrastructure, and End‑User Services teams; provide support for Cisco ISE and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense environments while improving standards, documentation, and processes.
