We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer to join the expanding Network Reliability Engineering (NRE) team at Walmart. This role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot across all network environments, deploy new technologies, and enhance overall network stability and reliability.

What you'll do:

• Lead large-scale network deployments.
• Analyze trends and identify automation opportunities to improve team performance.
• Provide guidance to enhance network health and user experience.
• Mentor and support fellow engineers through training and technical guidance.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and suggest solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in coordination with stakeholders.
• Translate technical solutions into clear insights for leadership and business teams.

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience with network routing, switching, and engineering in LAN, WAN, and Data Center environments.

• Knowledge of alerting, SQL, and scripting is a plus.
