Job summary

Euronet, following its CoreCard acquisition, seeks a Senior Network Engineer to support 24x7 payment processing in our Norcross office. You will ensure uptime targets of 99.999% and act as the go-to expert for production network operations and infrastructure projects.

You’ll work on mission-critical payment systems with direct impact on reliability, security, and customer trust, collaborating on strategy, deployment, and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of network engineering experience or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Ability to administer SonicWall and Fortinet firewalls.
• Strong VPN design for site-to-site and client-to-site connections.
• Cisco/Dell switches/routers and IP subnetting expertise.
• Active Directory, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and GPO knowledge.
• VMware/ESXi administration including storage and vSAN.
• PCI environment, audit experience, vulnerability scanning, and patching.
• Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, and O365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Maintain secure, high-availability payment processing and corporate infrastructure.
• Serve as SME and provisioning engineer on key projects.
• Analyze client networks and document diagrams (physical and logical).
• Build and improve network policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Provision and install hardware and software across end-user, corporate, and processing environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response.

CoreCard is seeking a Senior Network Engineer located in our Norcross (Atlanta) office. The Senior Network Engineer to support our 24x7 payment processing environments, where uptime targets are 99.999%. You'll be the go-to expert for production network operations and infrastructure projects, from strategy and deployment through troubleshooting and optimization. You'll work on mission-critical payment systems where your work directly affects reliability, security, and customer trust.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity issues

• Analyze client networks and document physical and logical network diagrams
• Build and improve network policies, procedures, and security standards

• Take part in on-call rotation and emergency response

Requirements

• 5–10 years of network engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus relevant experience
• SonicWall and/or Fortinet firewall administration
• Strong VPN design and configuration, both site-to-site and client-to-site
• Cisco/Dell switch and router configuration, plus solid IP subnetting skills
• Active Directory, Windows Server (2012+), DNS, DHCP, and GPO
• VMware/ESXi administration (snapshots, storage, vSAN)
• PCI environment and audit experience, vulnerability scanning, and patching
• Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, and O365 administration

Preferred Quaifications

• Network or infrastructure certifications
• AWS or Azure experience
• Vendor management and software licensing experience
