Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience with enterprise routers, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls, wireless APs, and related networking infrastructure.
• 8+ years designing, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting LAN/WAN enterprise networks.
• 8+ years direct network engineering and design experience.
• 8+ years monitoring IT environments for security, architecture, policies, and standards compliance.
• 8+ years designing reliable, scalable, fault-tolerant network architectures.
• 8+ years network performance tuning, monitoring, statistics/metrics collection, and disaster recovery.
• 8+ years creating network diagrams using Visio.
• Industry-standard networking certification such as Cisco CCNA, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, upgrade, and troubleshoot enterprise routers, switches, VPN concentrators, firewalls, wireless access points, and load balancers.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure and identify system issues using diagnostic tools and monitoring technologies.
• Work with IT infrastructure suppliers and stakeholders to gather and maintain accurate network requirements, specifications, and configurations.
• Assist in troubleshooting network issues impacting application performance and availability.
• Support the installation, documentation, and upgrades of facility network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Cloud and DevSecOps teams to optimize hybrid connectivity and SD-WAN configurations.
• Develop and maintain network architecture diagrams, topology documentation, IP schemes, firewall rules, and access controls.
• Monitor network environments for compliance with security, architecture, and organizational standards.
• Work independently on assigned network engineering projects.
• Support performance monitoring, tuning, metrics collection, and disaster recovery activities.

Networking Technologies / Protocols

Hands‑on experience with:

ARP, CDP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VTP, EtherChannel, 802.1Q Trunking, HSRP, QoS, Multicast, IPsec, RADIUS/TACACS+, SNMP, BRI/PRI, MPLS, and related enterprise networking technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with SD-WAN.
• 3+ years of experience with network topology related to Cloud environments.
• 3+ years of experience with Cloud Networking.
