Job summary

Bamboo Health is seeking a Senior Network Engagement Lead to configure systems, onboard organizations, train users, and serve as the voice for entities on the Behavioral Health network. You will drive adoption, engagement, and scalable processes across statewide networks, partnering with state agencies and internal teams to maximize value from OpenBeds and Crisis.

The role focuses on onboarding, adoption strategy, stakeholder engagement, and developing AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, project management, or account management.
• Experience building relationships with state agencies, government partners, or external stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a remote-first setting.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Configure systems, create organizations, train users, and drive initial adoption.
• Facilitate onboarding and best-practice education for OpenBeds and Crisis organizations.
• Serve as primary contact for providers during onboarding and early adoption phases.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and network engagement across statewide behavioral health networks.
• Develop scalable implementation processes and adoption strategies with State Account Manager.
• Provide adoption insights and trend analysis to state agency partners.
