Job summary

Bamboo Health is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health Network Engagement to lead a team that drives adoption of OpenBeds and Crisis tools across state partners. You will coach, guide, and escalate with data-driven decisions to convert priorities into executable plans.

The role emphasizes coaching, judgment, and relationships to move referrals and provider engagement while leveraging AI to track progress and reporting in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a team in a customer-facing, revenue-adjacent function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience partnering with a separate revenue-owning function to translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Close out hiring decisions and ramp the team to a weekly cadence.
• Translate state-level priorities into actionable plans for the network engagement team.
• Re-launch the hub-and-spoke adoption motion in priority states and manage provider engagement.
• Direct onboarding/adoption playbooks and AI-drafted status reporting.
• Close execution gaps and resolve escalations with account management directly.
• Diagnose blockers to provider relationships and define fixes with AI-surfaced data.
• Represent network engagement with state agency partners and sharpen AI draft reports.
