Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a Principal Network Evaluator to support a CS/CD mission in Linthicum, MD. You will work with Government stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities, conduct network defense operations, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen enterprise security and missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus extensive relevant experience in cybersecurity fields.
• Experience with computer network defense, vulnerability assessment, incident response, packet analysis, network protocols and SIEM technologies.
• Strong networking knowledge and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience researching system vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Elastic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive computer network defense activities by analyzing systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities, detect network intrusions, monitor security events, assess attack surfaces, and develop operational courses of action to mitigate cyber threats.
• Perform vulnerability assessments using industry-standard tools and techniques, analyze network traffic and audit logs, conduct packet analysis, research emerging technologies and vulnerabilities, support digital forensics and exploitation activities, document analytic findings, and produce comprehensive reports and recommendations for Government stakeholders.
