CVS Health is seeking a seasoned contract negotiations professional to construct, analyze and finalize contracts with providers, ensuring alignment with accessibility, quality, and cost goals.

In this full-time role in the United States, you will build relationships with physicians and local networks, lead negotiation initiatives, and coach junior colleagues while contributing to reimbursement models. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of provider contracting, claims management, or patient management experience.
• 5+ experience working with/or in a Claims environment.
• 5+ experience with ACAS and HRP claim platforms, products, and benefits; patient management, provider relations, or claims management.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts with providers and networks.
• Forecast industry changes and develop modification strategies for negotiations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing development.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and settlement activities with market insights.
• Mentor junior colleagues in negotiation techniques and processes.
• Assist in network development and management initiatives.
