Qualifications

• 5+ years in provider contracting, claims management, or patient management.
• 5+ years in a Claims environment.
• 5+ years with ACAS and HRP claim platforms, products, and benefits; patient management, provider relations, or claims management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with physicians/providers and local network teams.
• Establish programs and initiatives for contract negotiations.
• Forecast changes in the contract negotiations field and assess business impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation and pricing for negotiations.
• Recommend actions to manage costs and support settlements.
• Assist in network development and refinement activities.
• Coach junior colleagues on processes and responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
