CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to negotiate and manage contracts with hospitals, facilities, and physician groups, ensuring access, quality, and cost goals while supporting CVS Health and Aetna networks.

The Senior Manager will recruit providers, implement fee-for-service and value-based agreements, and collaborate across CVS departments to optimize performance and reimbursement models for our members.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience negotiating contracts with hospitals, facilities, and physician groups.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage market data, financial metrics, and detailed analysis to secure favorable contract outcomes.
• 3+ years in provider relationship management or related healthcare roles with contract management expertise.
• Experience with provider financial issues, contracting options, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, and local systems.
• Manage contract performance and develop value-based arrangements.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard providers to meet network targets.
• Partner cross-functionally on provider compensation strategy, pricing development, and reimbursement modeling.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive measurable impact.
• Represent the organization with providers, customers, and community stakeholders.
