Responsibilities

• On-Premises Network Engineering & IT Support Lead responsibilities.
• Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN hardware and software including Cisco Nexus 9K, routers, access points, and FortiGate firewalls.
• Manage security end-to-end with FortiGate, Cisco equipment, Cisco ISE and DNA Center setup/troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with external vendors to establish secure VPN tunnels connecting vendor locations to Client VWG facilities.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and routing issues, and prioritize tickets by business impact.
• Build positive cross-functional relationships with remote IT teams and internal business units.
• Proactively identify network optimizations and improvements during low-ticket periods.
