Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, or Engineering.
• Fortinet certification required.
• 7+ years in network engineering (oil & gas or industrial preferred).
• 2+ years leading a network team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of network engineers.
• Oversee design, implementation, and support of enterprise and field networks.
• Manage Cisco routing/switching and Fortinet security platforms.
• Own network architecture across on-prem, Azure, and hybrid environments.
• Drive network security, performance, and reliability.
• Implement automation using Terraform and IaC tools.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Operations teams.
• Support monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and safe field operations.
