Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to design and implement secure automation across enterprise networks and IT platforms. You will develop Python services, REST APIs, and Ansible workflows, connecting to GitLab CI/CD pipelines and cloud resources.

The role requires strong IaC skills with Terraform, and proven experience in regulated environments such as financial services, healthcare, or government.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
• Strong Python, API, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD skills.
• Experience with Terraform and IaC.
• Experience in regulated financial services, healthcare, or government environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure end-to-end automation across enterprise networks and IT platforms.
• Develop Python services and REST API integrations; automate workflows with Ansible.
• Prototype and containerize Python APIs and front-end apps for deployment.
• Collaborate with network, platform, cybersecurity, and ITSM teams.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and incident remediation.
