Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing advanced automation frameworks to enhance the development lifecycle.
• Improving overall testing efficiency by introducing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring best practices in automation are followed across the team.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve productivity.
• Adhering to quality standards and company policies.
• Ensuring positive customer experience and CSAT through effective resolution.
• Contributing to proposals for service improvement plans.
• Independently resolving tickets and meeting agreed SLA.
• Providing support for on‑call escalations / L3 level support.
• Coaching analysts and participating in hiring drives.

Overview

With increasing complexity of automation technologies and the growing need for scalable and efficient solutions, a dedicated Senior Automation Engineer would provide immense value in streamlining processes, improving quality assurance, and driving automation initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing advanced automation frameworks to enhance the development lifecycle.
• Improving overall testing efficiency by introducing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring best practices in automation are followed across the team.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual interventions, and improve productivity.
• Adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Ensuring positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / reopen cases.
• Participating or contributing on EN business in creation of proposals to drive service improvement plans.
• Independently resolving tickets and ensuring that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• Providing support for on‑call escalations / L3 level support and conducting incident & problem management.
• Working on value‑adding activities such as knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analysts, and conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
