Job summary

The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable network solutions for mission-critical environments. You will guide a high-performing team, drive modernization, and ensure program milestones, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, governance, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering and operations experience.
• Experience leading network engineering teams in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the general Network Engineering team responsible for enterprise routing and switching, cloud networking, and network security services.
• Own operational delivery, service health, and continuous improvement across the network domain.
• Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and career development.
• Champion a forward-thinking technology strategy and drive adoption of new networking technologies.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues across routing, cloud networking, and monitoring domains.
• Coordinate with program management, security operations, and other leads for end-to-end service delivery.
• Drive capacity planning and investments in hardware, software, cloud, and tooling.
