Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is recruiting a Senior Network Analyst to lead strategic design, optimization, and security of our network infrastructure. You will drive enterprise-wide networking initiatives across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, and wireless tech to support business goals.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in network architecture/engineering, strong expertise in TCP/IP, BGP/EIGRP, VXLAN/MPLS, and hands-on with Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto/Fortinet. CCNP/CCIE/CISSP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in network architecture, administration, or engineering roles.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN).
• Oversee network performance analysis, capacity planning, and high-availability strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of networking hardware/software.
• Drive cloud networking strategies across on-prem and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Develop and enforce compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity for networking.
• Mentor junior network analysts and cross-functional IT teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
