Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Analyst in Warren, MI to design, optimize, and secure our enterprise network infrastructure.

You will lead architecture efforts across LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, DMVPN, and wireless solutions while ensuring high performance and reliability. The role demands deep expertise in TCP/IP, VPNs, and multi-cloud networking, with a focus on security, disaster recovery, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in network architecture, administration, or engineering roles.
• Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, EIGRP, VXLAN, MPLS, and advanced network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing the architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, DMVPN, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
• Oversee network performance analysis, capacity planning, and high-availability strategies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of networking hardware and software solutions.
• Drive cloud networking strategies, integrating on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Develop and enforce compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for network operations.
• Lead incident response efforts, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies related to networking.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior network analysts and cross-functional IT teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
