Job summary

Peraton seeks a Network Architect to perform as a consultant for leading edge information technologies and methodologies to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

Our dynamic team provides full spectrum network connectivity including architecture, engineering, development, integration, deployment, configuration management, project management and network security services to the global enterprise, as well as systems and cloud engineering services for application modernization and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering science, or related discipline with SE experience.
• Active TS/SCI with current polygraph required.
• Experience designing network solutions using TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPv6/SRv6.
• Experience with 10G/100G Ethernet and secure solutions (IPsec/MACsec/VPNs).
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS and JUNOS.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors on feasibility and issue escalation.
• Experience developing technical business cases for development activities.
• DoD8570 IAT Level 2 certification.

• Coordinate with vendors on hardware/software feasibility and issues.
