Job summary

FloWorks in Houston is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to lead design, optimization, and integration of our network infrastructure, with deep Cisco, Fortinet and SD‑WAN expertise. You will design and maintain architectures, enforce security policies, manage firewalls, monitor performance, and collaborate with clients on seamless integrations across diverse applications in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of network administration experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and SD-WAN.
• Certifications in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) and Fortinet (NSE) are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain advanced network architectures for clients.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance.
• Develop and enforce security policies for the network.
• Configure and manage Cisco and Fortinet firewalls.
• Plan and manage SD-WAN deployments.
• Document networks with diagrams and inventories.
• Mentor junior network admins and support integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
