Job summary

ID Logistics in the United States is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, and manage our enterprise network infrastructure across remote sites. You will lead initiatives, ensure security, and optimize performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience, CCNP and Fortinet NSE4+ or equivalent, and strong expertise in Cisco routing, FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and SD‑WAN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on enterprise network experience in distributed/remote environments.
• CCNP and Fortinet NSE4+ or equivalent certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise network infrastructure, including remote sites.
• Configure and manage Cisco networks, FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN.
• Lead network security initiatives including segmentation, access control, and policy enforcement.
• Proactively monitor and optimize network performance using SolarWinds and other tools.
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues; serve as final point of escalation.
• Perform network capacity planning, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Lead and document project implementations, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, runbooks, and configuration documentation.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
• Support compliance, business continuity, and audit-readiness efforts.
