Job summary

Novacore Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned network architect for a hybrid role based in Conshohocken, PA. You will design and implement the company network, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive secure, scalable connectivity across locations and cloud environments.

You will lead large initiatives with extensive routing experience and vendor management, ensuring high availability and cost-effective IT services for the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related network architecture, engineering, and management or lead experience.
• Expert knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Significant experience in large dynamic routing environments.
• Experience managing vendors and outsourced offshore resources.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience contributing to midsize-to-large initiatives with complexity and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the new Novacore network.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities of network support, including vendor management.
• Respond to incidents and remediation testing quickly and effectively.
• Manage network services (LAN, SDWAN, MAN, Voice, Video, Wireless, ISP, Zero Trust, EDMZ, Contact Center) with vendors.
• Ensure network availability, reliability, and performance metrics (SLA) are met.
• Oversee changes and modernization across the network environment.
• Coordinate with management for budget planning and business cases.
