Novacore is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design and implement the next generation network architecture across data centers, cloud, and remote sites. You will own reliability, security, and performance of Novacore's network infrastructure while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years related Network Architecture, Engineer and management or lead experience.
• Expert level with Fortinet, Wireless (Fortinet, Meraki), SolarWinds, Zscaler, Firewalls (Fortinet, Azure) and Zero Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the new Novacore network.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities of network support, including vendor management.
• Respond to incidents and ensure quick remediation and troubleshooting.
• Manage network services (LAN, SD-WAN, MAN, Voice, Video, Wireless, ISP, Zero Trust, EDMZ, Contact Center) and oversee performance.
• Oversee network optimization, change management and capacity planning.
• Provide guidance for budgeting and governance for IT networking initiatives.
