Job summary

Vesta Corporation seeks a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operations of our global enterprise network. This senior individual-contributor role covers on-prem, hybrid cloud, and PCI-compliant infrastructure with a focus on AWS networking architecture and security services.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on experience, deep routing and switching expertise, and the ability to drive modernization initiatives with limited oversight.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on enterprise networking experience in large-scale environments.
• Expert-level Cisco routing and switching, including BGP/OSPF/EIGRP.
• Experience with PCI DSS segmentation and security policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure network infrastructure across data centers and cloud environments.
• Manage on-prem and cloud networking components (BGP, NAT, VLANs, VPNs, IPsec).
• Administer firewall platforms (Cisco, pfSense, Check Point) and F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM.
• Oversee DNS, WAF, and network security policy management; support PCI DSS audits.
• Travel to domestic data centers and offices as needed for deployments or incidents.
