Job summary

Leidos seeks a Network Architect SME to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise application delivery and DDI infrastructure at Fort Belvoir, VA or Albuquerque, NM. You will lead F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM) and Infoblox deployments, ensure secure, high-availability networks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical DoW networks.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, extensive ADN experience, and strong leadership in DoD contexts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related; 12–15 years experience or Master’s with 10–13 years.
• Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP).
• Cisco CCNA; CCNP/CCIE preferred.
• US citizenship required.
• 8+ years of progressive network engineering/architecture experience focusing on ADN.
• Deep F5 BIG-IP expertise (LTM/GTM) and Infoblox DDI mastery.
• RSA MFA experience.
• Mastery of OSI 2–7, TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF; SSL offloading knowledge.
• Leadership in technical teams; DoW/DoD Ops Center experience.
• Excellent communication to leadership boards.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage application delivery models ensuring HA, performance, and security for mission-critical apps.
• Architect and maintain F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM solutions for intelligent local and global load balancing.
• Lead enterprise Infoblox DDI deployment including Grid and IPAM.
• Collaborate with developers, cybersecurity, and systems engineers to translate requirements into resilient network designs.
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting and performance tuning of complex delivery workflows.
• Create and maintain architectural docs, SOPs, and compliance artifacts.
• Ensure tools comply with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6/IL7; maintain traceability and documentation.
