Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Architect SME to lead design, deployment, and optimization of our enterprise application delivery and DDI infrastructure in Fort Belvoir, VA or Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will have deep F5 BIG‑IP and Infoblox expertise to deliver secure, highly available, and scalable network solutions across a hybrid multi‑cloud environment.

Clear TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI required at time of hire.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline with 12-15 years of experience (Masters with 10-13 years acceptable).
Certification: Active IAT Level II (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP) required.
CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certifications preferred.
Citizenship: United States Citizenship required.
Experience: 8+ years in network engineering/architecture focused on application delivery networks.

Responsibilities

Application Delivery Architecture - design, deploy, and manage high-availability, secure network solutions.
F5 Infrastructure Management - engineer LTM/GTM for intelligent load balancing.
DDI Administration - deploy Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM at enterprise scale.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration - work with developers, cybersecurity, and systems engineers.
Troubleshooting & Optimization - perform traffic analysis and performance tuning.
Documentation & Standards - create architectural docs and SOPs.
Compliance & Documentation - ensure DoW STIGs and IL5/IL7 traceability.
