Hadrian is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own the design, architecture, and reliability of our network across data centers, campuses, and cloud environments. You will define standards, lead new site deployments, and drive automation using IaC to scale globally.

You will partner with IT, security, and ops teams, building scalable topologies, and ensuring 24/7 manufacturing reliability. Experience with VXLAN/EVPN, BGP/OSPF, and cloud networking is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering, operations, or infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless, DNS, and DHCP at scale.
• Full-stack network experience: data center, campus, multi-site, wired and wireless.
• Strong production experience with BGP and OSPF.
• Hands-on with overlay networks, VXLAN/EVPN fabrics.
• Campus LAN and enterprise wireless design, cloud-managed like Juniper Mist.
• High-availability and redundancy design experience.
• Experience leading complex network projects to completion.
• Mentoring admins, engineers or technical leads.
• On-call rotations and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own network architecture across data center, campus, multi-site, and cloud.
• Lead site bring-ups from topology design to production handoff.
• Design routing and switching with scalable policies and segmentation.
• Operate BGP/OSPF with failover and path selection.
• Build VXLAN/EVPN fabrics and DCI for multi-tenancy.
• Design campus networks (wired/wireless) across offices and factory floor.
• Run cloud-managed networks (Juniper Mist) for AI-driven operations.
• Implement SD-WAN and overlay technologies to connect sites and cloud.
• Drive IaC for provisioning, configuration, and change management.
• Mentor team and participate in on-call and incident reviews.
