Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own the design, architecture, and reliability of our network across data center, campus, multi-site, and cloud environments.

You will set standards, drive automation, and lead site bring-ups from design to production. The role requires deep expertise in TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless, DNS/DHCP, and BGP/OSPF at scale, plus hands-on VXLAN/EVPN and spine-leaf architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering with design ownership.
• Experience with BGP/OSPF at scale and campus wireless design.
• Hands-on with VXLAN/EVPN and spine-leaf architectures.
• Experience with IaC and cloud networking (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Own network architecture across data center, campus, multi-site, and cloud, setting standards and reference designs.
• Lead new site bring-ups from topology design through production handoff.
• Architect routing and switching with policy, redistribution, and segmentation.
• Design and operate BGP for internet edge, multi-homing, and cloud interconnects.
• Build VXLAN/EVPN fabrics and DCI for scalable segmentation.
• Design campus networks (wired, wireless) across offices and factory floor.
• Run cloud-managed wired/wireless with Juniper Mist.
• Implement SD-WAN and overlay technologies to connect sites and cloud.
• Design highly available connectivity and cloud integration.
• Drive IaC for provisioning and change management.
