Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own the design, architecture, and reliability of network infrastructure across data center, campus, multi-site, and cloud environments. You’ll define standards, architect connectivity, and lead site bring-ups from design through production.

The ideal candidate has deep TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless, and multi-site experience, with IaC and cloud networking skills to scale across the factory floor and offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering, operations, or infrastructure with design ownership.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, wireless, DNS, and DHCP at scale.
• Experience across data center, campus and multi-site networks.

Responsibilities

• Own network architecture across data center, campus, multi-site, and cloud.
• Lead site bring-ups from topology design to production handoff.
• Architect scalable routing, policy, and segmentation.
• Design and operate BGP for internet edge and cloud interconnects.
• Build VXLAN/EVPN fabrics and spine-leaf topologies.
• Drive IaC-based provisioning, config, and change management.
• Mentor teammates and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support Kubernetes networking (CNI, ingress, service networking).
