You will coordinate complex installations with clients and vendors, and help define system specs and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT systems installation, operations, and cloud management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.

• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with routing, switching, and security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Support, administer, and oversee network design and analysis.
• Configure routing/switching, Cisco FTD, and Cisco ACI components.
• Coordinate large installations with clients and vendors.
• Develop system specs and implementation plans for on‑prem and cloud.
• Maintain docs and provide on‑call support for reliability.
