Job summary

ClearpointCo in Houston is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and security of our enterprise network across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will drive network modernization while supporting growth, new locations, and acquisitions.

Qualifications

10+ years in network administration across enterprise environments.
7+ years supporting enterprise networks across multiple locations.
Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and networking technologies.
Hands-on with Cisco Meraki, routing, switching, SD-WAN/SASE.
Experience with Starlink remote-site connectivity.
Strong Active Directory and hybrid identity knowledge.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain network architecture standards.
Design, implement, and support enterprise routing and switching; VLANs, QoS, spanning tree.
Manage SD-WAN and SASE technologies (Cato Networks, Cisco Meraki).
Support WAN connectivity for remote and field locations (Starlink).
Administer Azure networking components (VNet, VPN, ExpressRoute, NSG, Azure Firewall).
Monitor network health, troubleshoot outages, coordinate with vendors.
Collaborate with Information Security to strengthen protection and threat mitigation.
Maintain documentation, topology diagrams, asset inventories, and procedures.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff and users.
