Wolfspeed, Inc. in Durham, NC is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design and operate our global network infrastructure, implementing security policies and ensuring performance and reliability.

The role emphasizes monitoring, risk management, disaster recovery, and collaboration with executive leadership; extensive experience with Palo Alto firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud networking is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years networking experience with engineering level.
• Expertise in automation to optimize operations and reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership.
• Experience with network security, SD-WAN, and modern firewall concepts.

Mansioni

• Design, implementation and evolution of network infrastructure and security policies.
• Engineer operations, monitoring, and proactive solutions to reduce time to repair.
• Monitor devices, firewalls, routers, switches, and related IP services.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align network with business goals.
• Manage Palo Alto Firewall, wireless, SD-WAN, and related technologies.
