Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Support/Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or email.
• Resolve customer concerns during installation and operation.
• Troubleshoot problems with hardware and software.

Skills

Linux and shell scripting skills

Networking knowledge (HTTP, TCP, IP, subnetting)

Experience supporting a cloud service

Experience with REST APIs, Swagger, and JSON

Good understanding of MySQL

Education

MS in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred)
