Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Network Administrator to support the LMOC program at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah. The role covers live mission operations, network security, and system administration for both classified and unclassified environments.

You will work under Advisory and Assistance Services to assist government leadership through acquisition life-cycle planning with DoD programs.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance.
Education/Experience: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 3 years of DoD experience, or 7 years of directly related DoD experience.
Minimum required experience in DoD environments or related field.
On-site work schedule at Hill Air Force Base

Responsibilities

Provide system administration support for LAN, WAN, web, and communication systems across classified and unclassified environments.
Support network security for command and control systems.
Provide classified communication venues for product teams to discuss sensitive requirements and designs.
Assist with installation of communications cabling and government IT services.
Perform VMware server administration and high-availability solutions.
Develop and implement system upgrades to ensure availability and reliability.
