Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Senior Analyst for Network Analytics & Decision Support to translate complex questions into analytical strategies across large broadband datasets. The role focuses on analytics and problem solving, requiring SQL proficiency and the ability to communicate insights to executives.

The ideal candidate will conduct root cause analyses, hypothesis testing, and multi-source data integration while delivering actionable recommendations for operational and business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and analyzing large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience performing quantitative analysis and delivering actionable business insights.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, experimental analysis, and statistical evaluation of outcomes.
• Proven ability to work with large, multi-source datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor findings to executive audiences.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute analytical frameworks to answer complex business and operational questions.
• Conduct pre- and post-implementation analyses for network configuration changes, engineering initiatives, and field trials.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify trends impacting network equipment performance and infrastructure health.
• Analyze and synthesize data from multiple engineering programs and operational workstreams to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate large, complex datasets into clear findings and executive-ready presentations that connect technical results to business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate operational performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and communicate defensible, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at varying levels of technical expertise.
• Work independently with minimal direction, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous business challenges.
