Job summary

Raytheon in Woburn, MA is seeking a Network Administrator, Senior Analyst (P2) to ensure the secure operation of classified networks onsite. The role requires active U.S. government secret clearance and citizenship, with relocation support available.

The candidate will install, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure, work with program engineers to resolve issues, and mentor teammates. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems, including software upgrades.
• Experience with current cabling and fiber standards.
• Active and transferable U.S. government secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains smooth operation of voice and data networks.
• Plans, installs, configurations, and reconfigures network hardware/software.
• Develops expertise in network hardware and software interconnection.
• Proposes cost-saving network solutions aligned with future needs and uptime requirements.
• Creates and maintains network documentation and diagrams.
